Each of the age groups have their own coaching sessions that led by volunteer coaches who are focused on building teamwork and developing each player’s individual skills in an environment that is both safe and encourages the players to have fun. CDJFA operates a code of conduct for players, Club Officials, Parents/Legal Guardians and Coaches to promote respect for the rights, dignity and worth of each and every person and treat each one equally. The Club’s Aim is for players to have fun, whilst we at the club also have a responsibility for the development of player’s football skills in a safe, positive environment. Each training session includes small sided games when all players participate, this ensures that the children are involved more and learn to work with other players. Our aim is to encourage children of all abilities to play football and improve their skills and understanding of the game. The children play against others of a similar ability and age, ensuring that the experience of playing matches is an enjoyable one.
